Delivery Time
- Singapore: 3-8 business days free delivery
- Rest of the world: 1-8 business days free delivery
Duties and Taxes
- Singapore: We guarantee no additional taxes, duties, or customs fees for customers from Singapore
- Other Countries: Customers outside of Singapore may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Handling and Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number. A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately at care@timeresistance.com if your package is lost or damaged in transit. We will resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
Incorrect Address: Ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact us immediately if you realize your address is incorrect.

At Time Resistance, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If any issue arises with your order, please let us know, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Purchasing online can be challenging since you can't feel, hold, or try on the item. If your order arrives and the product is too big, small, heavy, or uncomfortable, please initiate a return here using your email and order number.
Return Policy:
- You can return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original box, unused, and include all parts and accessories.
- Return postage is at the buyer's cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Return address in Europe will be provided once you complete the return form.
- Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.
Returning a Damaged or Defective Product:
- In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 30 days. A fault is a defect in appearance or function and should be apparent immediately or after initial use.
- Contact us first regarding the defect, and we will handle all shipping procedures. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund you or send a replacement.
After we receive the returned item, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days.
